What this job involves
You’ll join JLL as part of one of our large regional Government Facilities Management teams.
Your key focus is the to manage the provision of facilities management in a mix of Owned Properties & Leased Premises within the given portfolio You will coordinate all aspects of building maintenance, OH&S and essential services via contractor management to ensure optimum service delivery to our client.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Total ownership of the portfolio operations including facilities services and critical environment operations (planned and reactive maintenance)
- Operational risk management;
- Statutory and regulatory compliance;
- Contractor management;
You’ll have experience in the management of the broad spectrum of building services with emphasis on managing commercial assets and their systems including fire systems & electrical
Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with a proactive and positive work approach.
The ability to be assertive when required, to remain calm in pressured situations and a high level of attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.
Both written and spoken communication skills are vital and, of course, you’ll be good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with business partners.
